About 10 years ago, I heard on NPR that shopping local would put you on a list at the homeland security fusion centers. I thought it kind of funny when all the old ladies from church about supporting each other business and shopping local instead of at the Walmart in my small town
Now since 2020 Signs posted around town about shopping local also at the chamber of Commerce
I don’t listen to NPR it’s too enduring now every story is a lie and obfuscation complete miss and disinformation
