OMG! I know Cum Park Plaza! It's near where I live. It really exists, but the store names have all been made up. It is a run down strip mall where businesses go to suffer.

I've often wanted to help a woman name Dee start a doughnut and edible nut shoppe. You can imagine what she would call it.
Insurance claim from merchant was 100% theft, so the reality is yes even work boots were stolen.
As an Aussie, I loved that first one… The classic expression of “throw another shrimp on the barbie (BBQ)” 🇦🇺🍤🍤🇦🇺
