I have been reading “START WITH WHY” by Simon Sinek. Highly recommend. Most people and organizations start with WHAT then figure out HOW and infrequently clarify the WHY which explains why they fail so often. To start with WHY is to establish a clear vision as you would in a good and proper business plan. Then the HOW and the WHAT to accomplish that vision.

A lot of company’s use sprints, story’s etc. and the clear lesson I’ve learned it to Define Done.
Eliminates scope creep. Once it is done, it’s done. Any additional efforts are a new story, on a new sprint, and comes later.
