You should look at the 1890s and similar times of which paintings and photographs exist. People used to regard appearing in public as a treat for all involved, those seen, and those being seen. Later this tradition declined. So did America.

Once upon a time architects and artists felt an obligation to make beautiful buildings and glorious works of art. To my understanding of the ones that I know, they are still intrigued by these possibilities. But the filthy demon worshipping mass murdering baby raping cannibal blood drinking scum aristocrats, especially those with gooferment budgets, don't want to pay for beautiful things, so we get these modern brutalism and postmodern insane looking buildings and "art" pieces that are meant to make people feel horrible about themselves. We don''t have a problem with government, because it says right here that governments are established with the unanimous consent of the governed. We have gooferment because goofy people are in power, they hate us, and the rest of us are too goofy to get rid of them. They have abdicated government, placed us out of their protection, and make war on us. Getting us so distraught we feel like killing ourselves is one of their "grand" ideas to cut back the population with assisted suicide because evil.
As for the 55% of the money being stolen by evil greedy demon worshippers in the statehouse, county courthouse, and district of corruption, oh, you poor misguided child. You haven't included the costs of tariffs, of regulations, of eminent domain, of civil asset forfeiture. There are police agencies in Indiana right now running dogs in the Federal Express warehouse and simply taking any parcel that has cash or anything else they want and FedEx does nothing about it because they don't even need "probable cause" to attack property under the rules of admiralty court (piracy) which pretend to limit them.
Taxation is theft. Regulations are theft. Inflation is theft. Eminent domain is theft. Civil asset forfeiture is theft. All this gooferment could also be described as tyranny.
Your neighbours in the county government include a tax assessor collector. This person lives in your county and you can find out their address. Have you even toilet papered and egged their home with rotten eggs? (We did use to wait until the fresh eggs were spoilt before throwing them, ya know?) Do you speak to them politely when you see them wearing pajamas in Wal-Mart? I don't know what to do with such people but you could put on your thinking caps, folx.

ON AVERAGE $1.57 million for each of the 4.3 million civilian and military personnel in the gooferment in fiscal year 2024 alone. Did you make $1.57 million? Nope. Nancy Pelosi is worth $80 million, for example, and she didn't get that way earnestly saving her $174,000 a year salary, did she? I, for one, do my part, pushing back against the woke, evil crap I see when I venture out. I do as much as I can w/o breaking any “laws”. There may come a day when we’ll all need to do even more. One thing is for sure, God doesn’t expect us to sit around and be led like sheep to the slaughter, but to boldly assert ourselves during times of persecution.
I feel that way some times, then I lay down until the feeling goes away. lol
