That going for a driver's license might still work in AZ. 22 years ago when I came here, I applied for a driver's license where I lived at the time, and before me was a man with a white stick... he applied for a licence and got one. My ex nodded at me and said, look he gets one. If he gets one you will surely get one too. I did. I also watched the man carefully in case I came across him driving.
