In my opinion, with the advent of TV and advertising, we were told we needed things that we didn’t so we became consumers and then moms weren’t staying home. They were working so nobody raised the children. Great photographs thanks for sharing
Lucille Ball was gorgeous, and that outfit Sophia Loren is sporting is iconic. Why can’t designers design gorgeous clothes anymore? Fashion today is abysmal. I don’t need the same yardage to cover myself as I do to cover my sectional!
Ads with doctors smoking (Camels). Talk about recruitments and the false message of being safe. But hey, playing in the park, milkmen, station wagons. I wanna go back every time.
'feril wife', sounds like you married a 'feminist' in hopes of taming her. They don't make good house pets nor wives
The 895 in 51 is 10k now.

That F-150 with locking hubs etc., was and pretty much still is, my dream car.
I like your style.
Same, so I got the 1977 version. Love it!
That is awesome! What year is the one in the picture? I cannot tell without digging a bit. ‘75 maybe? Either way, you’ve a good rig, good sir.
The one in the photo is a 69. Has 390 tag on the fender.
Cool. Thanks.
I had a 1977 F100 when I was a kid. 351 Windsor. Standard transmission. Good truck till I took a curve to fast and ran it into a gas line.
Ouch! Mine’s got the 460, it’s basically a tractor. LOL
Yeah. My buddy had a 460.
