My brothers and I sat on the tailgate of the station wagon at 6:00 AM every morning for years. Our mother drove and we delivered newspapers all over town.

Oh for the days when a pretty girl could park her cute little ass on your hood for a photo. Now it’s like…🤬WTF bitch? That’s going to cost me a thousand dollars to get those dints out! 😂😂😂

Such good stuff - such good memories. I didn’t realize there was a Hotel California 8-track ! My cassette of it got ripped off when my radio got stolen while I was visiting a kid in the hospital. Mattel sports games (pre Atari). Football was by far the best.

Speaking of 90s nostalgia - Do you ever wonder why online censorship is so easy to accomplish in the 21st century? Today we published our most important piece yet, which analyzes the legal framework allowing this to happen.

If I had the money, I would commission anyone necessary to recreate that stove - and set that sucker right in the middle of the kitchen of a big warm log cabin far from the mentalling crowd…😻😹

Oh, some real treasures here … when almost all women looked so beautiful, when children were shaped like children and not blobs, when planes, trains, and automobiles had class and comfort and style.

Man, the shite we have now is brutal….

I got the Eagles Hotel California tape stuck in my cassette player on the drive from Wellington to Auckland in an old morris Minor (9 hrs!) … and didn’t turn it off… I know every song intimately !

Cassette tapes, the upgrade to 8 Track. I remember listening to The Jethro Tull Aqualung with headphones on an portable 8 Track player at home in the mid 1970s...

Even now I find myself succumbing to the urge to shake a phone or tablet like an Etch-a-Sketch. Especially when the smart thing does something stupid.
