I got the Eagles Hotel California tape stuck in my cassette player on the drive from Wellington to Auckland in an old morris Minor (9 hrs!) … and didn’t turn it off… I know every song intimately !

Unfortunately old enough for many memories here! Drive in movies and soda shops! My 3 brothers n I rode in the back of an old Ford pickup with board sides! Wish I had it now!!!

Even now I find myself succumbing to the urge to shake a phone or tablet like an Etch-a-Sketch. Especially when the smart thing does something stupid.
